FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does it replace the hospital's antenatal class?+

No. It complements it, with a physical and practical focus that many classes do not cover in depth.

Is it suitable for a caesarean birth?+

Yes. Much of the content applies to any type of birth, including preparation for post-operative recovery.

Can my birth partner take part?+

Yes. Wherever it makes sense, your partner is included so they can learn ways to support you in labour.
