How it works

The movements follow the path of the superficial lymphatic system and should be comfortable, painless and without intense redness. By encouraging drainage, they increase cell oxygenation and nutrition, help clear toxins and metabolic waste, and support the reabsorption of bruises and healing. It can be manual or mechanical, with similar benefits; the manual form should be carried out by qualified professionals.
